Triangulated Agreements, or three way interdependent agreements, serve as a foundation to the Work Culture a business organization is maintaining. How an individual trusts in the system, how a process trusts the individual, and how organization trusts the process (and all vice versa) will either build a new work culture or erode an existing one.
One-to-one agreements remain as the foundation to interpersonal relationships and trust building, but are insufficient inside a system.
