Mark Jepperson works with leaders, teams, and organizations as an agent of change, facilitating the alteration of human capability and organizational systems to produce integrated and aligned results, which are achieved through passion, future-based possibility thinking, understanding work culture, and creating alignment.
He served many roles in his 32-year career at Raytheon: architect, capital & program planner, business analyst, facilitator, chief learning officer, certified Raytheon Six Sigma Expert ®, change agent, Lean Manufacturing consultant (Shingo Prize® winner), organizational development manager, creator of organizational systems & performance maturity models and executive coach – in short, he has learned systems thinking.
When you’re ready to make change, Mark says, “I’ve been around the block a few times and can make your change … work.” Mark has a Bachelor of Architecture and an MBA and has received extensive corporate training in change management, coaching, organizational development, and WorkStyle Patterns Inventory®. He is a retired registered Architect in Arizona.
Mark currently writes, consults, coaches, and speaks through Working Change LLC and other consulting groups. His most recent effort has been to support an S.B.A. Regional Innovation Cluster in the State of Arizona.
